Shipping policy
All of our products are handcrafted and some of our pieces are made to order. Please read the specifications on each product page, indicating the specific lead time for an item not listed as in stock.
When an item is in stock, the order will be dispatched within 3 business days from the date the order is placed.
Shipping fees cover the cost of shipping and handling. For international orders (outside of Canada), items are subject to all duties and taxes imposed by your country and will be billed to you separately by the carrier. If an item needs to be returned for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect, all shipping fees related to the returned item are the customer’s responsibility.
We ship worldwide - shipping rates may vary for international orders. All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer on international shipments.

Within Canada and USA: Free shipping on orders over $200.00 before taxes.
Shipping to Canada: $10.00 CDN*
Shipping to USA & Rest of North America: $20.00 CDN*
Shipping outside North America: $60.00 CDN**
*Canada and USA orders typically require 4-10 business days in transit.
**International orders typically require 6-18 business days in transit.
We use either Canada Post or Fed Ex to ship, and all packages are sent with a tracking number.
We cannot directly control delivery times, especially concerning customs clearance. If you require a faster shipping option, please contact info@heatherrathbun.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional shipping costs will apply.
