This website is operated by Heather Rathbun. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Heather Rathbun. Your use of heatherrathbun.com and/or your placement of an order, indicates you acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms + Conditions. PRODUCTS + WARRANTY

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Measurements of the dimensions of our products are estimates only. Actual dimensions may vary. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of Heather Rathbun Jewellery Design. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All of Heather Rathbun Jewellery Design’s products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects only for 2 years from the date of the invoice. Normal wear and tear, abuse, or any damage caused as a result of mishandling as outlined on our Jewellery Care page is not covered under the warranty. Heather Rathbun Jewellery Design reserves the right to refuse warranty services on any product sold, even if the product was purchased within the warranty period. Failure to follow our jewellery care instructions will void the warranty on any purchased product. Any repairs or alterations done by another jeweller within the warranty period may void the warranty.

PRICING AND SALES TAX

All prices shown on the website are in Canadian dollars (CDN). For customers residing in Canada, all prices are subject to their provinces or territories taxes. International orders are not subject to Canadian tax; however, all products are subject to all duties and taxes imposed by your country and will be billed to you separately by the carrier.

MODIFICATION TO THE SERVICE AND PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
